If you listen to Sgt. Pepper which was paul's baby on the headphones you will notice something very interesting! It is well documented that he wrote songs that would compliment his bass playing! The bass lines in numerous songs hit you like a sledge hammer when heard on headphones! Listen to Fixing A Hole, With A Little Help From My Friends, It's Getting Better, Lovely Rita they all have very pronounced "bass lines"! AKA Fixing A Holes my favorite! |

Getting Better is what I am hoping to get the other guys in our band to do. Would love to perform that song. The 'on the beat stabs' of that F (add9) will always get me going!
