Seriously, these list things suck big time. I hate them with a passion. So predictable. I do like many of those artists mentioned, but the lists are still so predictable. Alanis Morrisette, or however its spelled, for one thing is pretty lousy these days, no offense. Well in my opinion anyway. I got her album from a friend and I couldn't listen to any of the songs all the way through. Her voice and lyrics are annoying. I don't know why but they annoy me.

I love Tori Amos, Sarah McLaughlin, Joni Mitchell, Laura Nyro, Carole King, those kinds of people. I really don't know who the best of the best is, but Aretha has to be somewhere near the top, as well as Ella Fitzgerald.

I just looked it up on the internet. You know what is more surprising then Kylie Minogue.

I'm not into female singers much. I like Janis Joplin though. And Bonnie Raitt is a good singer. Other than that I don't care much. Except for the old motown bands. I LOVE them! Marvin and Tammy rule.

Oh, and Stevie Nicks is pretty cool. Although I don't listen to her much anymore. She used to be a favorite though.
