have any of u heard the song 'empty garden' by elton john? it's a tribute written for john, it's such a sad song. i cried when i listened to it  if anyone hasn't heard it or read the lyrics and wants to see them, just let me know, i can post them if u want. rip john...

Yeah, I have one of his greatest hits and the song is on it. Paul Simon also wrote a beautiful tribute song to John called The Late Great Johnny Ace.

I love 'Empty Garden'. Very sad song, reminds me many images of John every time I listen to it. It was from the album 'Jump Up' from mid-1982, it was its first single in the US, and a Top 20 hit there.


I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't eat trash... I work out hard everyday and have a healthy life. And I'm proud of it.

This song tribute to John by Sir Elton is very well known

"...Johnny, can u come out to play?"  very poignant.
