I love 'Blue Jay Way'. So, for my Media Studies college course next year, I have decided to do a music video for it. I have a few ideas as what I'm going to do with it but, what I'd like you guys to do is to come up with any info on the song. i.e. who played what on it, how the sounds were produced etc... And, if you have any suggestions for the video please feel free to share them. Any reply would be appreciated. |

Have you seen Magical Mystery Tour? Because their is a Music Video to go with the song, and it might help with ideas Its a Harrison Song, obviously, but this is who plays what: Harrison: Double tracked vocal, backing vocal, Hammond Organ. Mccartney: Backing Vocal, Bass Lennon: Backing Vocal Starr: Drums, Tambourine Uncredited: Cello. |

I've not got the book to hand but 'Revolution In The Head' is a great book with loads of info of who played what and what kinda instruments. Also there was an old thread on here linking to sites with all of that disposable info. to hand. Cannay remember which one though. |

Open with some dry ice blown across a model town like arcitechects use those concieved little citys! Then film a taxi at night dropping friends off in front of a bar. Pan in on a persons hand putting out a cig in a ashtray while setting down a bar glass! Pan to the time on a clock and shoot a sitar sitting in a corner. Pan back to the clock. end with the taxi driving away! |
