Hello All,
I have just recently found this forum and am very impressed. Plenty of topics and ongoing conversation about the most important group the world has ever seen and im in heaven!
Just to introduce my self I am 28 years old, English and I live in the north of England quite close to Liverpool. I have been a fan since I was 15 years old. I collect Beatle records and memorabilia. I do listen to other groups of course but I always come back to my favourite 12 albums!
Anyhow, the topic I would like to raise is one about the Anthology DVD’s or VHS’s which ever you have. I bought them as soon as they came out and love them. However I have always thought that the story of the boys between 68-70 was rushed in the anthology. It is my opinion that not enough importance was given to this stage in their career. I understand that the beginning was more of a positive subject and that the end was rather sad so they probably didn’t want to dwell on that bit too much. However I feel this is an equally as important time and should have had more air play. It seems just contained to the last two DVD’s and the last being really rushed!
Of course this is just my opinion and I would love to hear if you agree/disagree.
Once again,
Hello All!
