Ok Beatle fans,

Yoko Ono says in the Imagine motion picture that John wrote ‘how do you sleep’ as a response to songs Paul wrote about him and Yoko.

I originally thought that these songs where confined to Paul’s ‘Ram’ album. However after talking with a Friend of mine who is a serious Lennon fan he suggested there are also songs on the ‘McCartney’ album that also poke fun?

Anybody got any answers? 

I'll have to take a listen and see, but I dont think so. People take song lyrics in the wrong context alot of the times also.

I don't think so. There are blue meanies everywhere who think everythin's about them. Paul was recording the album in late 69 and early 70. The break up was later so ...
We can read some things in Come Together if we want it too. There are so many examples of that kind of lyrics...  

Chicken or the egg?  John was saying mess about Paul before the breakup eg. that his marriage to Linda was a "dry run". It was unfortunate (temporary) end to the relationship between two brothers, and just as it was coming back together, Yoko fucked everything up.
