A Quick One,, the studio version is boring and Impatient,, but Its one of thier best songs when done Live (Live At Leeds, Rock N Roll Circus etc.)
If you watch and early version of it live on Maximum R&B or The Who: Who's Better Who's Best DVD, you can see how awful it was at first. Then after they played it life a few dozen times, it became a classic. I like the way they use it in the movie Rushmore. Very cool. But still, I'd rather see it live so I can watch Keith flip and twirl his sticks and pour water on his drums. He's just too cool.
Nick Mason has never been considered a specially good drummer. Dont know why he s even on that list of yours. And it is really hard to say who of those are best. John Bonham and Neil Peart are really different for example.
They were the most brilliant, powerful, lovable, popular group on the planet...
John Bonhams greatest beats by Dave Grohl (taken from Mojo):
1. Achilles Last Stand 2. Kashmir 3. When The Levee Brakes 4. Immigrant Song (Live from How the West Was Won) 5. Poor Tom 6. Trampled Underfoot 7. No Quarter 8. Since Ive Been Loving You 9. The Wanton Song 10. Moby Dick

Technically I think Neil Peart is the best, but I think Keith Moon is by far my favorite drummer. He always seems to play exactly what is need to fit Pete's guitar thrashing, John's raging bass, and Roger's beautiful singing.
