I Dig A Pony is one of the most highly underrated Beatles classics of all time even though it's a great song. IDAP shouldn't be ignored because John's vocals are great with a little help from Paul & the band is tight. I know the reason I Dig A Pony is known as crap in Beatles history because it's on Let It Be which isn't a good reason.
I want you, I want you so bad babe. I want you, I want you so bad. It's driving me mad, it's driving me mad.
Actually, I think it's quite dull and anti-climatic. I've seen that some people on this board like it better than REALLY good songs like Two of Us, Let It Be, and Get Back, but I can't see why. It's just... dull. Definitely one of the worst on the LIB album.

I gotta agree with Wayne....Lennon and Macca really harmonising well and the guitar/bass lick is a belter. Rootsy, raw stuff. Reminds me of the same vibe as the harmonies on I'm So Tired.
Oh I love this song to death, I dunno why.... hurrah for Dig A Pony
Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans //o-o\\//- -\\ love is real, real is love When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace.
I love this song. The rooftop performance of this song is amazing, I love how John and Paul sing the song together, look at each other and have a good time singing it.
