"Too ra ra's" in Do you want to know a secret
The forced verse "well work it out now HONEY" in twist and shout
The low drums between "Every little thing she does" and "She does for me"
The first verse of "you're going to lose that girl"
The unedited S's and T's of You wont see me
The instrumental climax after I'm lookin through you's chorus
The reverse notes in I'm only sleeping
The hindu music of Love you too
The rhymes in "and your bird can sing"
"feel so suicidal even hate my rock and roll" verses of yer blues
Baby crying sounds in rev #9
Last verse of Oh darling
"sweet loretta fat she tought she was a cleaner but she was a frying pan" intro in some version of get back
"all these years I've been wondering why...." part of I've got a feeling
Guitar solo in Let it be (album version specially, but really in any)

In the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.

I also like Ringo's little spoken bits like "Rock on George, one time for Ringo" in 'Honey Don't'. Also, when he kind of realizes that 'If You've Got Troubles' wasn't really going anywhere and says "Rock on, anybody".

Most of those already listed make my list, but my favourite moment is the primal scream leading into the outro in I Want You (She's So Heavy).  Still gives me a shiver most times I hear it, especially as the bass just keeps on doing its thing behind it.

Here's another clue for you all; the Walrus was Paul...
