The not sleeping thing is a vicious cycle. You get so tired you want to sleep but your at work or school or whatever...then when its time for bed you cannot sleep because you missed your chance to sleep. At least thats what usually happens to me. Then I stare at the clock and go "if I could just fall asleep now i will get 4 hours of sleep" and that makes it so much worse.

i know exactly what your talking about! its even worse if theres a song stuck in your head that you cant get out, or like the other night a song was stuck in my head, but i didnt know what song it was, or even the whole thing! very annoying.
