During the Abbey Road "Long Medley," just before "She Came In Through The Bathroom Window" starts, someone says something like, "well listen to that now" or "that's enough of that now" then laughs, then shouts "Oh look out!" (which is one of my favorite moments in any beatles song)... I've been listening to this album regularly for probably years, and have been a Beatles fan for even longer...
... but for the life of me, I just can't figure out who says this! When it first hits you, it sounds like George... He's got that real heavy accent... But then it could just as well be John or Paul... I began to think it was Paul because he would be the obvious one near the a microphone for this song, but then again they all sing in it...
Anybody have a clue who sings this? Or do you know for sure?

Here you go guys.
John says "We’ll listen to that now, hehehe. Oh look out! Sh …", probably in reference to the previous track (Polythene Pam). This has also been misreported as "You can come out now!"
