Here Comes The Sun and Octopuses Garden make me very happy. It was so perfect yesterday when Here Comes The Sun came on, because it was a nice sunny day outside for the first time in months

for me, "abbey road" generally is a happy record. it has a vibe similar to some late 60's, early 70's records by other bands. i dunno maybe it's because of the change in recording technology. i read somewhere that "abbey  raod" is the band's first foray into recording an entire album on a transistorized console.

I used to think it was a pretty stupid song until an uncle pointed out that this song was one of George's highlights as a guitarist. He was right.
