Great song. I don't mind some of the stuff on 33 1/3, but his albums always had a few winners and some filler.

Thanks for posting that up Al..... Can't say on first listen that I'm that into it.....It's normally why I tend to stick to The Beatle stuff. Even though I realise I miss out on assembling the 'what could be' Beatle album discussions. lol

The reason I'm not really into the Beatle's solo output is because, in my opinion,  Seventies music as a whole was basically crap - I never got into it at all until Punk. Hearing the fabs tackle disco (Goodnight tonight) and funk (Whatever Gets You Thru The Night).... EURGH!

I don't think the seventies dry, over-production of their albums did them any favours either. Something went wrong after 1973 - apart from one or two tracks per LP they seemed to forget how to write a decent melody.

Oooh, that's going to cause some arguments!
