Maxwell's Silver Hammer. I love that song, so jumpy and catchy. Creepy lyrics, but the music makes up for it.

Cool, finally someone else who likes MSH. I didn't pick it for the best, mind you, but so many people bash it all the time that it makes me happy when someone loves it, too!

Across the Universe is so underrated.

I'd like to say thank you on behalf of the group and ourselves, and I hope we pass the audition.

I think that I'd go with Hide Your Love Away on this.  Always like John's voice on it.  I wish Across the Universe would have been recorded better.

I love Across the Universe. The lyrics are very profound. It's beautiful poetry. Anyway, as for Maxwell's Silver Hammer, I like it too. The lyrics are quirky and it's a catchy tune. It sort of reminds me of something Syd Barrett would have done. It's just so different. Who would think of writing a song like this nowadays. That's what these bands are never able to do. Have such an eclectic catalogue of songs. You can't pin down the Beatles to just one style.

I voted for Across the Universe. @_@ It was pretty hard between Hide Your Love Away and I'm Only Sleeping.

[XD "I'm Only Spleening" ... I suck at typing 'round this hour, lol.]

I listened to MSH for the first time in a long time the other day. I had almost forgotten how it went, it really is a good song.
