Hello! Excused my bad english, but this is a little bit for the english people who can read german words.

Now, when I saw The Beatles, I was in the age of 9 and I didn´t can register me for this forum

Here is my article about this, what I saw at one of the wonderful days in my life:

25. Juni 1966: The Beatles im Ruhrgebiet

Translation: It was like the big gang, a shock, an explosion, even like an earthquake, a personal recreation of the world. Screaming girls, rocking boys - people out of control! Extreme emotional outbursts, behaviour ad nauseum; girls who were besides themselves. Everybody danced, screamed, some romped around until they fell to the ground and people came to carry them away. The custodians and the police were permanently on duty. One heard only little of the music because during the whole performance the clear and jarring squealing dominated the acoustic scenery. Even I tried to shout a timid "Paul! Paul!" - of course McCartney was my favourite! But this atmosphere - the bass, the volume, the heat, the smell, - all that was new to me, exciting and totally different from all previos experiences.

I've seen an amateur film of the concert in Munchen, which is of course quite similar to your personal discription. I'll try to find it somewhere, if you're interested in seeing it.

Yeah right. This is an international board, isn't it? Have a little patience and flexibility with people not speaking English as a native language. Munich, right. That's what I said. Why is a city called different in English? The place is called Munchen by the Germans, so the city's called Munchen! Well, what's the difference, you know what I mean.

Yes, at this time, The Beatles come to Germany for the "Bravo-Beatles-Blitztournee" and they gave six concert in three days. In the afternoon at 17.00 and in the evening at 20.00 hour, assistent by Peter & Gorden, The german group "The Rattles" (speak it ruttles *g*) und Cliff Bennet & the rebel rousers. The stations were
24. Juni Munich (Muenchen)
25. Essen (its the place were I saw The Beatles at the "children-performance")
26. Hamburg (were The Beatles played in 1962 in The Star-Club at St-Pauli)

But the city's name originally was 'Munichen' in old German (13th century), so the English 'Munich' is actually truer to the origin than the modern-day German 'Muenchen'.

Same with Koeln and Cologne.

I happened to hear a recording of the concert in Essen. It's poor quality. But I can hear Tanja scream. It's her, really!
