Mixed feelings here. There was a time in my life when 'LIB' was my fave Beatle album, period (hardly a majority opinion, I'd assume, but still, there it is). I do enjoy the cleaner sound of 'LIBN', though. Each has its merits, so it's a split decision for me.

I think I already expressed my distain for "Naked" in another thread, but I have no problems doing it again here.
The 1970 version of Let It Be was fantastic - something the Beatles never sounded like before: live in the studio, jamming and having a great time (even though I know that is bullspit, they were having an awful time, but who could tell from listening to the record?)
"Naked" takes all the fun out of the album, and gives you songs that lack any vitality.
I didn't bother with buying Let it Be Naked. When it was first out on other boards I gave out instrutions on how to make your own Let it Be Naked using some of the original album and other sources;
Two of Us (original Let it Be) I Dig a Pony (original Let it Be or Anthology 3) Across the Universe (Anthology 2 or Past Maters 2) I Me Mine (Anthology 3) Dig it (original Let it Be) Let it Be (Past Masters 2) Maggie Mae (original Let it Be) I've Got a Feeling (original Let it Be or Anthology 3) One After 909 (original Let it Be) The Long and Winding Road (Anthology 3) For You Blue (original Let it Be) Get Back (original Let it Be or Past Masters 2)
And if someone wants they can put Don't Let Me Down and the Anthology 3 Rip it Up medley in to the track listing as well.

I prefer the Naked, version myself, despite the dopey title: it's the closest thing to a "finished" album I've ever heard extracted from the "Get Back" sessions that's true to the Beatles' original intentions. That said, Glyn Johns' original as-it-happened Get Back mix (either version) is well worth tracking down (I've got versions from, I think, Dr. Ebbetts), and it's annoying that on a two disc set that has a total running time of about an hour that it wasn't included.
I prefer the original. Also, the Phil Spector Long and Winding Road might have been a bastardization of the original but it's too entrenched to just give up. What would Why Can't We Be Friends and Zeppelin's All My Love be without the wrong notes in their intros? They can't rewrite musical history.
