I love George's great solo on 'Till There Was You'.  So many of his early solos were fairly simple bending, but this really showcased early on just how incredibly talented he was.  Very well thought out and beautifully executed.

For me it would have to be Eric Claptons guitar solo on While My Guitar Gently Weeps

Yeah, While My Guitar Gently Weeps, how could I forget! Also, the solo on Taxman is great. The solo on Yer Blues is, what, for me, kills the song.

Its because the screaming pitch sounds like Yoko having a bowel movement.

I'd say my favorite is probly Something, but I also love the solo in the naked version of Let It Be, the first released one doesn't do it for me.

I don't like the LIBN solo. I think the original one is much better.

You're so vain, you probably think this post is about you.

I'm going to give a shoutout to the FLUTE solo in Fool on the Hill! Wicked!

As for guitar solos, While My Guitar Gently Weeps always knocks me out. Clapton is a hero of mine.
