But it's so stinkin hard!!!

I haven't given up junk food completely but I have slowed down ALOT.  But I get cravings every once in awhile and I will satisfy the craving because if I don't, I find that I will eventually go on a binge and that's even worse.

My one bad habit is beer.  It is empty calories and very fattening.  But once it hits your lips it's so gooood!!! (my Old-School impression of Will Ferrall)
