In my member center it says, last active July 9th. But then under it it says, "Logged On, 5 hours 41 minutes". But I've only been on for an hour! I'm not that much of a computer geek! Can you tell me why it is saying this?

Maybe you didn't log out, just closed the webpage. And then, you were logged out automatically, and it counted this amount of time.
