Next time, maybe this will help, presuming you got Windows.
Check the configuration screen---> sounds and audio-------> check 'speech' or something similar----------> put down the volume.

Nah, I have a Mac and was using "Garage Band" for the very first time.

Guess what!!! I've made a basic drum track at last!!!!

So.... here goes.... it's over to you Rick!!!

By the way, when you record your track, can you split the drums to the left channel and your bass to the right (or vice versa - as long as they are seperate) - cheers mate!!!

Would you prefer to have the bass track on it's own? I don't mind either way. I can import your drum track into my nuendo, record bass and take drums back off if you like.

Might be better to keep the drums on - I think it will be easier for me to to synchronise it then.

Cheers mate - can't wait to hear this! I'll have to check it out tomorrow though cos I'm out straight from work tonight! What did you think of the drums? Not bad eh! I finally got my Mac sorted!
