IN MY OPINION:  The Red Hot Chili Peppers suck major a**. All hype and no talent. The lead singer has the same inflection on every song. Flea is boring as hell now, but I'll give him a nod just because he did some stuff with Jane's Addiction. They're fucking awful.

It's a fact that they're not untalented. Ask any serious guitarist or bass player what they think of John Frusciante and Flea and 90% will say they're pretty damn good.

And they're not a hype either, they've been playing and recording for 23 years now.

So has Pia Zadora and Madonna. The other 10% of 'serious guitar/bass players' have it right.

I don't care if you hate their music, that's your business, but it's a fact that Flea and John Frusciante are not untalented musicians.

Good for them. It's not a fact, it's an opinion. You're welcome to it, and I'm welcome to mine--they suck a**.
