I think I've noticed an omission in the dates of the recording of The Inner Light, for example here:

George recorded the instrumental tracks of the song with Indian session musicians at EMI Recording Studio, Bombay in January, 12th 1968:

The guys added (overdubed) vocals in February at London.

We can find several examples about the dates, for example:

P.S. This omission is wherever the song's dates are mentioned in the site.

Yep, when you take a look at the song lyrics (for example) you see the recording details and that day is not mentioned ... the same happens when you take a look at whenever the song is mentioned in the site ...

... but, on the other hand, when you go to the "History" section (at the home page) and choose the year of 1968:

you can see that George recorded the backing track in January 12
(Jan 12 Friday EMI Recording Studio, Bombay, India. 10.00am-7.00pm approx. Recording: `Untitled' (working title of `The Inner Light') (takes 1-5).)

... and they used that take to dubb the vocals (Feb 06 Tuesday Studio 1. 2.30-8.00pm. Tape copying: `The Inner Light' (of take 5, numbered take 6).) ... and that's all!
