Was fantastic, Macca should do more of these lectures.

The new Lady Madonna was incredible.

I couldn't disagree more.

The High Brow London elite class were all smugly packed into the studio, mulling over Mccartney - whose ''musical experimentation' was devoid of anything musical.
Although a nod to his sixites avant-garde experiences, the music created and cover versions were all weak. I've got a Feeling - acoustic - erm no.
Lady Madonna was changed merely for change sake, having none of the orignals character.
It was a one man band parade, which seen Mccartney pull out every party trick (the intro of Strawberry Fields which sees paul's horrible vocal intro whilst playing the Mellotron, playing a few bars of Elvis on his Bill Black's Double bass..explaining The upside down chords .. etc)

Personally - I thought it was aload of pretentious dribble, and not the Mccartney I respect and admire. I really seen it as a way to expand his musical teachings to the world, basically saying "Look at me! I'm underground!" "I can play every instrument"

Howway Paul.

Whats the matter lads? Blue Meanies?
