The Stinky Puffs - A Litle Tiny Smelly Bit Of... I bought this because I was a huge Nirvana fan then and Krist Novoselic and Dave Grohl played on it. This is a alternative garage band fronted by two 12 year old kids, and it shows. Besides them the band consists of musicians from several cult bands, but apparently they thought it would be fun to play like they were untalented 12 years olds as well. Awful.
V/A - Dynamite With A Laserbeam This is, apparently a Queen tribute, but the weird thing about it is that I get the feeling that every band on this CD really hates Queen, cause they all really butcher the songs. It sounds like the bands here either (A) can't play (B) intentionally ruin the song to make some kind of anti-Queen statement or (C) try to be artsy-fartsy and make their song as unrecognizable as possible.
Some albums by artists I thought I liked that only got played once: The Proclaimers - This Is The Story Cowboy Junkies - The Trinity Sessions Camper Van Beethoven -everything. Neil Young - Reactor. John and Yoko - Double Fantasy ( OK, not the worst, but perhaps the biggest dissapointment of my album-listening life.)
The young and the Hopeless- Good Charlotte No Pads, No Helmets...Just Balls- Simple Plan Unstoppable- Juliette (some german singer, I bought it in a dollar stor eon the off chance that it might not suck. I was wrong.)
You're so vain, you probably think this post is about you.
I have Tracy Chapman's album with Fast Car. It's rather annoying and dreary. Like Kevin, I got Double Fantasy and that has not reached the stereo very much. And of course McCartney II. And what about Wet Wet Wet: High On The Happy Side.
The question was: 'what are the worst albums you own?'. You say it's everything by Camper Van Beethoven. Which means you own every Camper Van Beethoven album. So you either bought them all at once and made the worst purchase EVER because you didn't like any of them... OR... You got one of their albums, hated it, but for some reason bought all the others anyway.
I own plenty of stuff, but honestly, those albums I have mentioned have probably ownly seen my cd player a total of 5 to 6 times ever. The Oasis stuff was given to me because my friend didnt like them either and I cant stand them. The Nirvana one, I bought when it came out because I thought 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' was a catchy tune, but quickly grew tired of it after a week and the rest of it sucks. The opening track to Tormato is great, but the rest of the album tanks. I actually like 'Not Now John' and 'The Hero's Return' off of 'The Final Cut' but the rest is boring as hell.
Ok, I do own a Spencer Davis cd that I bought at a pawn shop for $1.00 in which is nothing more than elevator muzak. I got robbed. I also have a double cd of Anne Murrays greatest hits that was bought for me as a joke (it doesnt even have Snowbird or anything on it. Imagine that). I also bought am Eric Burdon and the Animals cd that was actually done by some funk band that is unlistenable (I was had again), so there probably is worse than I listed.
What does my opinion on 5 albums I hate have to do with how many I own? Am I supposed to like these albums because maybe the general public accepts them? I'm sorry, but I think those 5 albums suck. I have probably around 6 to 7 hundred cd's if your interested. No, its not a lot, but its enough for now. Another thing is that I usually buy cd's that i'm pretty sure i'm going to like or whats the purpose?

Again: fascinating.
Point. I couldn't remember the title. It had "Take the Skinheads Bowling" on it. So I went all inclusive. (I'd heard other stuff on TV etc since)
