A Paul letter ...

My parents shouted me down to the sitting-room saying "Something about the Beatles is on the Antiques Roadshow!" it was a letter to a fan from Aunt Mimi explaining quite personally what she was up to, in regards to speaking to John. The hand-written letter explained that after she had seen a tv special with John on, she rang him up, and told him (quite forcefully) to get his hair cut. What followed was a row and some 'receiver slamming'

LOL! ... but I thought that she knew John had got long hair quite early ... about 1962 ... I think that he said something about it on The Anthology Project ... recording Please Please Me album?

exactly, but maybe she noticed it was an inch longer .. the lads started taking risks in the hair department
