I've always loved how George plays slide guitar on some of his songs. Eric Clapton had said on the Dark Horse Years DVD that George is a great slide guitar player. Here's some of my favorite songs where George played slide guitar:Cloud Nine, This Is Love, Cheer Down, This Guitar (Can't Keep From Crying). There's some others that I like too where he played slide guitar but I can't thin of them right now though.

What songs do you like that George played slide guitar on?

I think that was John - George even says "go, Johnny go" at one point.

Ooops, you're right, The End.  I haven't listened to that song recently.

Well, then John's pretty good at slide guitar too.  It wasn't until the early 70s that I learned just how accomplished John was at guitar.  Prior to that, we all assumed that George handled lead guitar exclusively.  There were no DVDs or VHSs around in those days.  It was just what we saw on Ed Sullivan or in the movies.  Concert footage became available later.  Let It Be was the first chance many of us had to see John play lead.

Elmore James is a world-famous blues man who's most well-know song is Dust My Broom.

More info here probably!
