This lyric is from "The Ballad Of John and Yoko". Anyone know what it is about? What were the 50 acorns for?

Fifty acorns to send to the world leaders, so they could all grow their own tree of peace. Or something like that.

I seem to recall there were only a few world leaders who agreed to that. Trudeau was one of them, does anybody remember the others?

No I don't, but I remember the acorns that J&Y planted at Coventry Cathedral were dug up the day after they were planted by a couple of idiot fanatics.
