Pc and I felt it was time for a Tony Sheridan World Wide Forum. To give Tony the credits he deserves. He seems to be too modest and he's forgotten sometimes in our opinion. But hey, Tony was The Teacher, The Beatles learned so much from him. And by the way, Tony is really a nice guy. Very approachable and ready to listen and talk. When I found out that Tony was doing some interviews with Mark Lewisohn I ran round all the record stalls at the convention to see if could find a TS and the Beatles LP - which I did manage to find in the end!

Tony was actually a great guy - incredibly friendly, happy to sign FREE autographs and pose for pics! He signed my LP and your pic and was genuinely interested in your forum. Unfortunately there was a massive crowd queueing for his sig so I had to get out of the way fairly quickly - so I shook his hand and wished him well with his band and the tour.

Perhaps you could email a copy of the pic to him and explain some more about your forum - I'm sure he's bound to remember signing the pic as it was probably the memorable thing he signed that day!!!

when we decided to start that forum..we figured we found a niche that was over looked..now it seems that noone cared.....we have not even had any proof that tony visited...maybe i should just get on with another project.....things snowball slowly but this project seems frozen in time...
