hmm, maybe teens are when people are at their peak of intelligence. early on, until about 12, people are considered innocent, they dont really think on their own to some degree. once they hit the teens to 30 they question everything and are the most aware of their surroundings. they question and try to understand the world. by 30 till death, they accept what they have learned and are less likely to learn most new completely new material until they cant even learn new material about what they already know.

just a little idea i was pondering for a few minutes today

Wha?? I think you mean teens THINK that they are at their peak of intelligence. I don't agree with your theory at all. Teens are very self absorbed and insulated. They are mostly only aware of what suits them. That's what being a teen is all about anyway. Finding yourself, fitting in, being part of the crowd. It's very ME oriented. I thought I knew what the hell I was talking about as a teen, now I look back and think God what an idiot. I'm lucky I even survived my teen years. I also think if you are the type of person who questions things, you're always that type of person. It doesn't just stop at 30 or whatever. I know 90 year olds that are sharper then most people you'll meet on the street. Okay, one 90 year old. But she's pretty damn smart! See you'd realize these things if you weren't in your teen bubble!

PS
By the end of that post you were starting to sound a bit Wayneish. What was it late or something?

PPS
I'm kidding you at the end there. Just wanted to clarify.
