Rock legend & former Beatle Sir Paul McCartney will give British PM Tony Blair a private concert at Royal Albert Hall in December.  It's being reported that this concert will be closed to the public & that invitation only tickets will be given out by mail.  McCartney admits that he has had some disagreements with Blair over the war in Iraq, but he has served England well as a prime minister & this concert is a celebration.
