I meant that having a reply already made the topic look more decorated and not so empty.

Suggestions on the new look? Well, a nice background color instead of white maybe?

nah, ive seen sites like this in a dark color and it doesnt look right and just makes it more difficult to navigate. but if you do change it from white, make sure it doesnt look like someone puked on the monitor
