Anyone familiar with The King?

He's a mailman from Belfast and he sings EXACTLY like Elvis Presley. I mean exactly. Hands down the best Elvis imitator I've ever heard. And what makes him stand apart from all the other Elvis imitators is that he covers everything but Elvis Presley's songs.

So if you'd like to hear how Elvis doing Nirvana, Chili Peppers, Doors, Joy Division, Sex Pistols or Lynyrd Skynyrd covers would sound: he's got two CDs out and they're really amusing.

Yes, I've heard of him and he is really great. Especially for the reasons you already mentioned. Not a single Elvis song in his repertoire...!

Well, that's not entirely true, That's Alright Mama is a bonus track on his first album.

I heard his next album will be all original material... I don't think I'm interested in hearing that, he should stick to the covers.
