The date and time always was at the bottom of the page, I thought it would be better and easier to see at the top Actually it has to be London time, but I think it isn't. Could England correct me? How much hours ahead I have to reform clocks? I guess 1 hour?

You're using 'my' time at the moment... Fine by me   , but it is Greenwich +1. Although I'm not really sure if Great Britain is using daylight saving time as well.

There are 3 hours difference between London and Moscow.

Poor me.
I chose "(GMT) Western Europe Time, London" and set "Daylight Savings Time" in member center. Now I see London time at the top 11:45

You should have a better picture of Paul, personally speaking, because he looks worried in the photo for some reason, but the pictures make this site look even cooler.
