i am great!!yourself?it is starting to cool down here...the nights are in the low 60's....we even had a 55 degree one the other day...

fandiddlydastic actually. We had thunderstorms and torrential rain this morning and pleasant 21C sunshine now. Most unLondon like.
My little pilgrimage in Spain has put my head right and I'm feeling suprisingly optimistic. Plus I'm the fittest I've been in years.Bring it on world.
