I see Mark Lapidos has cut out LA as one of the 3 sites for a Beatlefest. It's  Chicago and New York now.  I read that the fest in LA stiffed so badly this year that they have cut it out.. Personal opinion: When you're charging $6500.00 for a sealed Mono copy of 'Beatles IV', you're probably not going to do brisk business. Whether it's worth it isn't really the point. The problem is that most people don't have pockets deep enough for it. It's too expensive to collect these days. Plus Mark won't let anyone sell anything he is selling through his catalog/at the fests, PLUS at $40.00 a pop just to walk through the doors, kids  would probably rather use the money for something else.
