BY THE NUMBERS!

50, 000- number of people at the show
96- number of dollars one general admission ticket cost
56- number of times I heard someone use the word 'man'
40- number of dollars I spent on a t-shirt
22- number of fake pearl necklaces Alice Cooper threw to the crowd during his set
11- number of people I saw with joints
8- number of stories the stage was
4- number of hous I arrived prior to the schedueled start time
3- number of opening acts they had (Sloan, Alice Cooper, Kanye West)
2- number of times I got hit on (both times they were stoned, the second time the guy was older than my father- GROSS!)
0- number of experiences i have EVER had like this one!!!

OMG, the concert was sooooo fucking awesome. I had a pretty good spot during Sloan and Alice Cooper's sets, but I had to leave during Kanye West because I can't stand him. I pushed my way through the crowd, though, with popcorn as a peace offering. I had a pretty good view of the stage from where I was standing. It was like seeing a mini Mick Jagger action figure shaking its a**, which was SOOOO sexy. He is in amazing shape, better than most people at my high school! Of course it was raining buckets the whole time and I got soaked from head to toe, but it was definitely worth it. ROCK AND ROLL BABY!!!

You go girl! Thank you for leaving when that poser "Kanye" came on! So $96.00 to see the best rock and roll band of all time? The "Legendary" and I do mean "Legenary" ALICE COOPER? And Nova Scotia's "SLOAN"? Sounds like a big fat deal to me!!!! I know the Stones and Alice are getting a little old but they are stunning showmen and put on great performances! You will remember this concert when you are old and grey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aaah, when Sloan was on, I yelled "Chris have Murphy on us" and the old hippie in front of me turned around and was like, "Right on, man!". Then he told his son that he should 'shag' me. It was so funny!

Im going to the show in Vancouver on Nov. 3rd, Van Morrison is opening. On a side note has anyone ever seen people smoking joints at an indoor stadium concert?

I don't like the Stones, but seeing them live would be cool... I'm sure that if you tell people 50 years from now that you saw the Rolling Stones live they'll be impressed.

I saw them in 1975 at Earls Court in London on Black & Blue tour. They were truly awful. Fortunately Billy Preston supported, and he was great.

I just want you to reassure him - talk to him, make him see the error of his ways. Then I'll hit him.
