You can download the freeware program Imexor (http://www.tucows.com/preview/384703) to capture images from any given digital movie. So if you have a show on your harddisc, you can make pictures with this program. It's not hi-res, but the quality depends on what you want to use it for. I'll have a look in the harddisc and some books here and there.
