I am in despair! I pre-ordered the Traveling Wilburys Deluxe Edition on Amazon.com -- AND IT'S OUT OF STOCK!! I can't get it! Oh, the tears, the anguish. The irritation I feel at the producers not having enough copies to satisfy a hungry public. PRESS MORE COPIES, QUICKLY!!!

Rub it in, DaveRam! *bears wounds for further salting*

Seriously, it's great to hear such a good report. It just steepens my anticipation. Did you get the Deluxe version as well? I'd like to hear your opinion about it. It will make up for me not having one of my own yet.

Thanks for your good wishes, Andy Smith. You'll probably beat me to the punch also, but I'll keep my spirits up as long as everyone tells me how wonderful this rerelease is.   Cheers!

Sorry Hairhead did'nt mean to rub salt into your wounds.
But i went in to Woolworth's on my local high street and they had the Deluxe version so i bought it.
It's put together lovely , with an informative booklet and the remastering is very good.
I love Volume 1 it just sounds so fresh, and it's great to have it on cd at long last .
and the DVD is just brilliant ,you can see they had such a ball making the first album .

Well, I receieved my copy today!! & the whole set rocks!
the DVD is very good with interviews! I'm sooooooo glad that they have
finally been released on cd!!!!!, no more searching for bootleg copies
I'm quite suprised that they albums haven't been released sepratley though
as one of my mates wants the first one but didn't care much for the second one.
he did say he would get the remasted one but that means getting them both.

Excellent news. I'm ordering mine today.

Andy, tell your mate the damn thing is practically the price of a single CD anyway. They're giving it away!!

White album is about 25 quid here. Way overpriced.

I'm holding off on the Wilbury's purchase just entered a competition in one of the nationals. Trouble is, question was too damned easy.
