This is getting very tiresome now. The only person that's getting hurt here is McCartney, and the rest of us that are going to be bombarded with it on the news all week.
Apparently a gagging order is pretty much a waste of time. If she goes for him in court, anything said has to remain confidential, so could not form any part of a book, otherwise she would be held in contempt, and possibly imprisoned!
I just want you to reassure him - talk to him, make him see the error of his ways. Then I'll hit him.
Paul McCartney is ready to offer estranged wife Heather Mills $60 million to "get her off my back."
The Beatles legend, who has been in London's High Court all week for his divorce battle with Mills, is said to have instructed his lawyer Fiona Shackleton to increase his original $20 million settlement offer.
A source told Britain's The Sun: "Paul was very irate and told his lawyer, 'Offer her [$60 million] and get her off my back.' His lawyer replied, 'We will have to see about that.'"
Mills instructed her minder to wheel a giant box of hate mail into the hearing yesterday.
The 40-year-old vegan -- who is representing herself in the settlement -- claims marrying McCartney, 65, ruined her life and she has become the victim of a vicious campaign by Beatles fans.
A source said: "She read out messages from before she wed Paul, which praised her charity work. Then she read out the hate mail sent after the split. She was determined to make an impact. She feels her reputation has been destroyed and she has been made to look like a villain. She believes the judge should take that into account when deciding how much money she is awarded."
you go Macca! get her off y'r back!!
It's been a Hard Days Night & i've been working like a dog!
"Wings IV introduced Jimmy McCulloch, a spunky lead guitarist with grit, able to spur Paul on unlike any previous soloist. His debut track, the magnificent single `Junior's Farm', stands as one of Wings' finest emotional and technical releases."
"Few people on this planet know as much about Jimmy's musical history than you."
"I'm Joe English and I'm from Glasgow, Scotland." xD

Well, she worked hard to make herself look like a villain, so it's nice to know her hard work wasn't in vain.
As Macca's offer was originally 20 million, I suppose the additional 4.3 mill was compensation for the "vicious campaign by Beatles fans". Go, us!
All you've got to do is choose love. That's how I live it now. I learned a long time ago, I can feed the birds in my garden. I can't feed them all. -- Ringo Starr, Rolling Stone magazine, May 2007
For all I know, Ringo might be a yogi disguised as a drummer! - George Harrison
I don't think it's a bad outcome for Paul who's only worth 400 million ? where as the other 400 million gone off shore i suspect ?. I just watched Ms Mills on the High Court steps making a statement and yet again she did herself no favours the women is obnoxious . She's done as well as Princess Diana did when you think about it and she supplied an heir to the throne .She wanted 125 million for 4 years work and she's says she's no Gold-Digger . I'm just glad it's over let's hope Paul can move on now , and their daughter can grow-up in peace.

Mills after the settlement:
''It was an incredible result in the end to secure mine and my daughter's future and that of all the charities that I obviously plan on helping and making a difference with -- because you know it has been my life for 20 years,'' she said.
''Obviously the court do not want a litigant in person to do well, it's against everything that they ever wish, so when they write the judgment up they're never going to make it look in favor.
''But all of you that have researched know that it was always going to be a figure between 20 and 30 million (pounds), Paul was offering a lot less than that, which you'll see in the judgment, and very much last minute to put me and Beatrice sadly through this ... incredibly sad.''

Isn't it her that's put Beatrice through this? I see another court case around the corner!

Mills: "I'm not appealing against the judgment because it's not worth it," she said. "I'm appealing against the publication of it because it has so many details of me and my daughter in it. It has a stay on it until the appeal tomorrow."
That's rich coming from someone who wanted to write a book about her time with him.
