I think it's joint, one week on and one week off. Did I get that right?

I know what it's like to have parents split at a young age mine did when I was three and they weren't even completely living together before then. I don't know what it's lke to have 2 parents in the same house so I just hope that Beatrice get's what I didn't. I also hope that Heather gets what she diserves and that Paul doesn't suffer too much more. But I think that this can only bring Macca's kids closer to him and that's good.

I think Paul should have gotten full custody of Bea. I mean for christ sakes, Mills said on national tv that she almost committed suicide or something like that. I wouldn't want my kid with her.
"Wings IV introduced Jimmy McCulloch, a spunky lead guitarist with grit, able to spur Paul on unlike any previous soloist. His debut track, the magnificent single `Junior's Farm', stands as one of Wings' finest emotional and technical releases."
"Few people on this planet know as much about Jimmy's musical history than you."
"I'm Joe English and I'm from Glasgow, Scotland." xD
I partially believe that she only wants Beatrice to keep her from Paul.
You may be right, and it's worrying. The sad thing is that this may go on and on for just this sort of reason. I hope Harihead is right that it's joint custody.

I also think that even though Heather "doesn't get enough" from the settlement she won't actually be able to pay child support if Paul gets full custody of her. Although I don't think he would need any help.

I heard on the radio that even though she claims she gives up to 80 percent of her income to charity there is absolutely no proof whatsoever of this. No records, no one coming forward to back her claims up, nothing declared. Don't know if this is true at all, just something that's going around. I also heard that she wants to move to the United States. If that's the case I'm suddenly all for strict immigration laws! Keep away!

Possibly a crass question: is there anything in the judgment that would prevent Mills from writing a book? Would any publisher in Britain think such a thing was marketable?

There is no record in her tax returns for the last 6 years that she has donated anything at all to any charity. She says her accounant forgot to tick the box! So she let him 'forget' for six years!

Apparently there is a gagging order on her, so she can't write a book, or sell her story to the papers.
I just want you to reassure him - talk to him, make him see the error of his ways. Then I'll hit him.
What could she call such a book " A liar's Tale " or " How I Screwed A Beatle " What she needs to do is disapear for 12 years and redeem herself ,she could try been a really good mother to Beatrice , i think if she did such a selfless act people might just give her a second chance ?
Oh, so Sir Paul gets the tax benefit for the charity part of the settlement! That's very clever, that judge. Especially as he could probably see that the passionate Ms. Mills would not donate one iota of her income to charity unless compelled.
