It's going to be tough, isn't it?
I just want you to reassure him - talk to him, make him see the error of his ways. Then I'll hit him.

No, I don't think she could. Gosh, harihead, just the thought.

I'm sorry - but I don't know how you are able to presume to know Macca's personality or how he conducts himself behind closed doors. Because you've listened to some of his music and read a few fan books? This is like Michael Jackson fans saying he was innocent because, um, he's Michael Jackson. The truth is we don't know. And there's nothing written in the stars that says Beatles must be all round good guys. Ask Cynthia.

It's true. Just because they are Beatles they must be good guys. That's what people have always thought, since they were 'loveable' moptops. And The Stones were The Antichrist. Whereas in reality The Beatles were at least as bad, if not worse than The Stones. I imagine at one time they revelled in the fact that they could do virtually anything - take LSD, hash, 3 in a bed sex romp thingies - and still be adored by mothers and housewife's alike.
There is absolutely nothing to suggest that Paul McCartney is a bad person. But at the same time I'm assuming that he's also human, and could just as likely be a lying, cheating, womanising, anti semitic with a drink problem, and a healthy appetite for little boys. (not my opinion, of course )

" Their's no fool like an old fool " ,thats what my mum had to say about Paul ,and i find myself agreeing with her For some years now ive thought Paul might be quite a difficulte person to be around , and as much as i love him ,ive not been fooled by them puppy dog eyes for a long time . I see a lot of Paul in Stella it's the way they look sometimes that stubborn face, which they both have .
I don't believe that paul is abusive in any way but i kind of agree that he can be pushy & a bit of an a** at times Thinking of when Linda joined the band, it might of been too much for her but he wanted her there. I'm sure it was great fun for Linda throughout Wings career but a fight when Wings started in 71. and he was being quite annoying to the other beatles on the twickenham sessions. i can see John at times on the edge of punching him!
It's been a Hard Days Night & i've been working like a dog!
