I think he's the most overrated artist in the history of rock & roll even more so than U2.  His live album Bruce Springsteen & The E. Street Band Live 1975-1985 is great even though it's no Wings Over America or Double Live Gonzo.

I've really never liked his attitude, maybe because of that I don't listen properly. What really put me off him for good was his MTV 'Unplugged' performance. He turned up and refused to play acoustic!!! Wasn't that what it was all meant to be about. Now he's milking it with the Seeger Sessions tour.
