I agree, the lyrics are amazing. Definatly would of fit well on The White Album.

It seems to be recorded in the late fall of 1970 at home (Tittenhurst Park) when Child Of Nature was on its way to being Jelous Guy (notice that this is a piano demo  ) , but it still held onto its 1968 origins. He seemed to be developing the arrangement and lyrics at this point.

Which makes me think that they will at some point in future release exactly that kind of album. But not anytime soon of course. Sadly.

What 'more or less' completed versions of unreleased songs? Nice idea that, especially if they're the obscure songs.

I suppose I just mean the ones available on bootlegs, the studio run-throughs, if that's the right word. Like Child Of Nature.

I like the 'Child of nature' version better. Its a positive song, something John really isn't known for. 'India' is also another great optimistic song by John.
