I'll try that. It must be something I'm doing cuz no one else is having the problem. As for the new avatar. I was ready for a change anyway! I still have my Paul sig though! I'm only kidding about the green thing. I mean, what's it matter anyway right? It's just a title anyway. Kind of like sir and lady. Meaningless.

It's curious how some members are having particular problems that the rest haven't (just read this whole  thread) ... some things are surely wrong, but it's amazing to see that not for everybody
About your avatar: I like it ... spice-alley after seeing The US vs John Lennon documentary this afternoon ...
And about moderator's nicknames in green: it's your right (more now that red and blue members have got their own "titles") ... so I've got nothing to say against it, indeed (I was kidding too!!! )

When are you getting an avatar btw. It makes it easier to identify people cuz you get to know them by their avatar after a while.

I prefer just words ... tho I understand what you mean, some others told me in the past and I answered them this:

I consider myself an unassuming person ... tho I'm not at all! LOL!

I still believe in what I wrote in reply 27:

and reply 114

... and difficult to get used to it when someone changes it!

Everything seems OK again now, for the moment!

BTW, anyone else on a Mac, OSX, Safari/Firefox? We might be having the same problems.

Yeah, me. I'm Mac OSX using Safari. What problems are you having BM?

Apart from the recent one of not getting into the bootleg forum threads, I often get a mail telling me so-and-so has replied to a particular thread, only to find no such reply. I guess they could have deleted it themselves, but it seems to happen quite a lot.

I wondered if any of this was down to browser problems, as not everyone is having the same problems. But we're using the same kit, so I guess not.

When people reply to a poll, it is counted as a reply. Even if they don't post further one. Might be a solution?

Sounds like you have a unique set of problems to me!! With mine the full page doesn't load and I have to delete part of the URL. Weird! AND I have a completely different set of problems on my work PC too!!!

Have you tried "User Message Block" in "Personal Forum Preferences"? ...
There it says: "Members may post content that offends you or content that you do not agree with. If you do not wish to see messages from this user, add them to the following list."

It is a bit odd. Sounds like our problems should be the exactly the same.

I have just noticed that the clock at the top of the page is 3 hours slow!! I'm set for GMT+1. It's 7:50 here, but the clock says 4:50.

I'd be too ... by the way, how old are you, British people, then?
