I love 'Spirit'. 'Twelve Dreams of Dr. Sardonicus' should be a must in everybodys music collection. Randy California was underrated too. He was a great guitarist in my opinion.
I totally agree. Skip Spence's "Oar" is an underrated classic too.
If you think about it, he's done quite a lot of good stuff. He was a founding member of The Art Of Noise, who I think were quite innovative for the time; produced ABC's Lexicon Of Love; co-wrote Buffalo Gals with Malcolm McLaren; worked with Seal, Pet Shop Boys and Grace Jones. Not a bad CV.
I just want you to reassure him - talk to him, make him see the error of his ways. Then I'll hit him.

After many years of denial, I've finally decided that it's OK to say you like The Pet Shop Boys. They make teriffic melodic pop/dance music with more inteligent lyrics than they're given credit for.

He was only on Drama, wasn't he? I believe he sang, but only played bass on one song.
You could be right, I did not know that. I never was a Yes fan, just promoting some small-talk. I still think the Frankie Goes to Hollywood productions were amazing for their time....so many 12inch re-mixes aswell. They too were also from Liverpool. lol
