Years before I became a beatle fan I was a rap fan. Mostly of 2Pac and still am but what I was wondering is if the beatles had an influence on anything with Hip Hop? You can tell that anything rock-oriented today has been influenced but hard to tell if anything from hip hop has. It would be great to see examples of this... does anyone know if any rappers are beatles fan?

... Come Together ... almost all the lines (except "Come together right now over me") ... his rythm singing them   ...

I can imagine a rapman "singing" them quite easilly   ...

I know it's not strictly rap, but how about Outkast's Hey Ya?

Jay Z is a big fan, (he's the fella who performed with Paul and some other band a couple of years back) his Grey album was mixed with the White album by Dangermouse to make the Black album. The Gnarls Barkley record has a very Besque tune on it, MMT style.
