So I'm going to be an hour late to work and I need a good excuse. The real reason as to why I'm going in an hour late is because I don't feel like working on the dreaded saturday night shift and one hour less would be awesome. I'm fresh out of ideas so I really could use some help. Thank in advance

Tell them you had the squits.

- you've been sick
- someone had stolen the purse on the way to work... you had to stop at the police
- you had to go to the doctor
- there was a fire at your home
- you had to bring your grandma to hospital
- the washing machine lost water and you had to stop the flood (combine this with the fire, could be fun)
- an old man was falling in front of your car/tram
- you had an interview for another job but they didn't wanted you.....
- your cat was sick
- you forgot your keys inside and it took ages to break in to get them
- you've been on holidays and didn't changed the time of your clock so it's still +1 hour
- you feel terrible and you're still here... don't even dare to ASK what happened!

Haha those were some great excuses. As for what excuse I used, I didn't uses any. It seems I didn't have to, when I got to work the girl was already mad that I had come in an hour late that she left as soon as I got their. She was mad because she was scheduled to leave at 4 but since I had to come in at 3 she wanted to leave early at 3 because she wasn't feeling well. So since I came in at 4 she had to stay her whole shift. I'm glad she was mad, she thought she could take me for a sucker. When I came in she looked fine and I even said "You like fine, are you going to the beach after work?" she wasn't pleased to say the least. The night went by fast and it turned out to be a good day. Best move I've ever made lol.
