Rubber soul through to magical mystery tour album love those albums its when theyre music was in a league of its own, the white album through to let it be is also great but doesnt have the coolness of the albums before. Also as in one of the topics i started from that point on mccartney the bass player took a back seat to mccartney piano player and is one of the reasons i prefer rubber soul through to mmt his bass playing in tracks like paperbackwriter/rain, the whole of splhcb and mmt drive my car jeez anything in that stage.
Without a doubt their earlier years. The leather on up to the suits. The raw energy, the rock and roll feel, just the look and vibe they gave off, for me thats what I love about the band. And hands down, in my opinion, the music from the earlier years, so much better.

For me, this is a tough question to answer, because one of the things I like about The Beatles is the fact that they developed between 1962 and 1969, and part of the appeal of their music for me is the fact that the guys who wrote "I Saw Her Standing There" also wrote "Come Together" a few years later. That said, as an old graduate of the class of '77 (make that way old), I always crank it up most when "Rock and Roll Music" or "Long Tall Sally" comes on. Of course, that could just be because my old ears are shot, too.

Ah, what I would give to sing like that!
I love John, I love Paul, And George and Ringo, I love them all!
"Wings IV introduced Jimmy McCulloch, a spunky lead guitarist with grit, able to spur Paul on unlike any previous soloist. His debut track, the magnificent single `Junior's Farm', stands as one of Wings' finest emotional and technical releases."
"Few people on this planet know as much about Jimmy's musical history than you."
"I'm Joe English and I'm from Glasgow, Scotland." xD
I liked their faster more upbeat music in the start but I also really love their trippy music in the middle not so much the end I would have to say. Abbey Road was good but TWA and LIB are not my cup of tea.
Oh, that this too, too solid flesh would melt... Zap! My skin's soaked right through to the skin! "The Beatles will exist without us"
as much as i love all there stuff, i prefer 63 - 65. i love the amazing run of singles they had during that time & the energy they put into those songs.
HAPPY 40TH BIRTHDAY TO THE WHITE ALBUM! you say its your birthday!
