I found out this morning that TONY WILSON had died , he was a Manchester news reader as long as i can remember , and he soon became the godfarther to the Manchester music scene .
Manchester was the place to be in the 80s the music scene exploded here and guitar bands were in every street .
Even though i was not into the music Tony pioneered , i was very sadend to hear about his death.

That's very sad, he was the man on the Manchester scene!
Another great person that we've lost & so young!!
