I think Back In The USSR would have been great with any of the tracks from AR especially following Come Together. It's just a feel good rock & roll number that's one of Paul's finest moments during his Beatle days, without a doubt.
I want you, I want you so bad babe. I want you, I want you so bad. It's driving me mad, it's driving me mad.
Sorry Wayne, but I just think it's a bit pointless. What inspired you to think of it? It's not even as if Abbey Road comes directly after The White Album. Not in recording terms anyway. I guess I'm not really into 'What ifs'. Sorry if you thought I was being flippant.
I just want you to reassure him - talk to him, make him see the error of his ways. Then I'll hit him.
If you can't answer this simple question, I guess you're not much of a Beatles fan & probably have never heard of the White Album.
Now that is not a very nice thing to say, is it. I apologised for being flippant, but now you're just reverting back to the old Wayne. I'll cut you some slack for starting a lot of pointless threads if you'll accept my opinions as being different from yours.
And don't you dare accuse someone you don't know of not being much of a Beatles fan.!

~Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans~ ~Give me love, give me peace on earth~ ~All day long I'm sitting singing songs for everyone~ ~The sun is up, the sky is blue, it's beautiful and so are you~

But that's all you do, BM. Your answers are questions. Pointless. It's weak. He made his opinion known and what's wrong with that. How can an opinion be wrong? Get over yourself.

Wayne often starts threads based on some very odd opinions, which you'll notice if you stick around here long enough. I didn't tell him his opinions were wrong. Try reading before you start critisising me, and suggesting I 'get over myself'. Not a very nice way to speak to someone you don't know. In my opinion, of course.

I don't know what 'crittissisng' is. Spell check, anyone?

Well we SURE know it wouldn't be "Revolution 9"...(Harrison, McCartney & Starr tried to keep it off The White Album, but LOST that one..they'd sure wouldn't lose twice if John lobbied to get it on AR.
but in all seriousness, it's a good question (if a bit subjective)..I've thought about it and I COULD see "Yer Blues" following directly after Ringo's "Octopus' Garden"...possibly?..maybe...I dunno lol
